Rihanna and A$AP Rocky are days away from being parents of two, Entertainment Tonight reports. A source gave the outlet a little insight into the couple’s private life together at the end of Rihanna’s second pregnancy. Turns out, the two have been great about prioritizing their relationship, the source shared, even while balancing parenting their one-year-old son RZA. They “are each other’s rock,” the source said.
Entertainment Tonight divulged that Rihanna is due “any day now.” The source said, “[she’s] as ready as she’s going to be. She knows her world is about to get exponentially busier with two babies in the house under two.”
That source added that, work-wise, Rihanna has “limited” her obligations, understandably. She and A$AP Rocky plan to stay in Los Angeles as they welcome their second child.
Rihanna never revealed her due date, although she did announce her pregnancy at the Super Bowl in February. She also did not reveal her second baby’s sex.
She did speak to British Vogue earlier this year about how she has no preference over whether she welcomes a son or daughter. “Listen, I’m down for whatever,” she said. “My wish would be I would like to have more kids but whatever God wants for me, I’m here. I’m open [to whatever baby gender next]. Girl, boy. Whatever.”
She also confessed that she and A$AP Rocky did know that they were having a son during her first pregnancy. “Rocky wanted to know. He wanted a boy,” she said. “At first he was open, then he was like, ‘Nah, I want a boy, I’m sure.’ I was just like, ‘Lord, please let this man get what he wants...’”
