It's time to purge your Instagram bookmark section of things that no longer serve you—subliminal memes about a crush who's just not that into you, potential purchases you shouldn't be making, etc.—and make room for all things fitness.

Fitness Instagram is a hodgepodge of inspiring wellness accounts that promote health and wealth, but there are also a lot of accounts that project unrealistic fitness goals and tips that could harm you. Thankfully I've sifted through all the noise—and my own bookmarked section—to present the best of the best. From at-home workout videos to healthy eating recipes and humorous advice, allow these 16 accounts to motivate you to keep moving—whether at home, at the gym, or on the go.

Dancer and choreographer LaShawn Jones brings high energy and creative routines to some of your favorite hit songs. Catch Jones as an instructor for Apple Fitness Plus, where she teaches 30-minute follow-along workouts from her studio in California.

Aditi Shah

From nailing the warrior pose to getting a good deep stretch, Aditi Shah's Instagram is full of helpful yoga tips and motivational messages. The Peloton instructor teaches through on-camera live yoga and meditation classes aimed towards elevating the mind and body.

Nana Al Haleeq

If you love weight-lifting, give a follow to Malaysian fitness model and coach Nana Al Haleeq. If weights are a little too intimidating, you can also find beginner workouts on her page that are easily executed at home or with a partner.

But through her humorous and transparent pole dancing videos on Instagram, Rosalyn Mays aka Roz the Diva is on a mission to challenge that stereotype by making her own space in the pole dancing field. A quick perusal of Kirtsy Godso's Instagram will reveal that the master Nike trainer favors gravity-defying exercises. From doing elevated wall climbers to doing "push-up to pike" exercises—both using a yoga ball—Kirsty does it all.

If gyms aren't your jam, Charlee Atkins' Instagram is basically a collection of easy at-home workouts that'll motivate you no matter your skill level. She also features exercises for cyclists, yogis, and travelers.
