ELLE's Hollywood Rising event, an annual celebration of the TV and film industry's most promising rising stars, brought out the best of young Hollywood last night, and they definitely dressed for the occasion.

From Renée Rapp's monochrome black crop top and pants to Storm Reid's white bralette and blazer, the red carpet was full of fresh takes on great, timeless cocktail party fashion.
